Custom Built Awards opened for business on June 11, 1979 in the Sheldon area, on the outskirts of Houston, Texas.  We moved to the Humble area in March of 1986.

We pride ourselves in doing quality work at a reasonable price to the consumer.  All orders are completed on-premises.  Most orders will be ready in two to three business days.  Rush orders CAN be completed in 24 hours if arrangements are made.  We ship anywhere in the continental U.S., via UPS.

We specialize in high volume awards (100 or more pieces) particularly baseball, football, basketball and soccer.  We supply sports awards to many of the area leagues, schools, churches, and country clubs.

We also supply corporate awards and executive gifts to businesses, clubs, and other organizations.

We have the technology to incorporate your company/organization's logo or artwork into your awards, name badges, many executive gift items and glassware.  We also provide custom logos and artwork, done in-house to your specifications.

We offer plaques of all sizes and descriptions, with engraving, lasering, or full-color sublimations.  Standard engraving is offered at no additional charge.  Excess wording may cost slightly more.

We offer trophies for all major sports and will make every effort to accommodate your awards and recognition needs for any sport.  We also provide ribbons and medallions, both custom and standard in a variety of colors and sizes.  In addition we create custom patches and lapel pins.

In short, if we don't have exactly what you need we can get it!

Q:  What sports do you provide awards for?

A:  We already supply awards for every major sport and have the ability to accommodate your needs for almost any sport or event.

Q:  I need trophies this weekend - how soon will they be ready?

A:  Any basic order placed by noon on Wednesday will be available for pick up after 2pm on Friday.  (Unusual requests can take slightly longer.)

Q:  Can I order from another part of the country and still get my awards quickly?

A:  Absolutely!  Basic orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours, delivered by UPS to your home or office.

Q:  I coach girls and they get upset when their trophy has a boy on it.  Do you make girl trophies?

A:  Yes!  Every major sport has female figures now at no additional charge.

Q:  Do I have a choice of colors for my trophies?

A:  Usually your choice of colors is available, unless it's a seasonal special. (Seasonal specials will be done in a standard color that is fitting for any team.)

Q:  Do you ever have sales like other retailers?

A:  For years we've offered a $5 special trophy in season for the major sports.  It's a trophy that would normally cost $7-$8, but its offered for only $5 including engraving, with a team order.  Since many teams get the special year after year it's always different.  (To see our current special, Seasonal Special $5.)
